Youth Employment Programme (YEP) is CSD Reform’s tailor-made development initiative geared towards building the capacity of the vulnerable so that they can understand and develop skills which will propel them in starting enterprises. It is a central tenet of our approach to tackling the economic and social liberalization of the vulnerable in Ghana. CSD Reform is of the conviction that without empowerment and capacity building, we would only be treating the symptoms of a deep rooted problem and not giving excluded persons the ability to help themselves in the long-term. The Youth Employment Programme (YEP) has a long-term objective of securing sustainable peace through the elimination of youth extremism and political vigilantism in Northern Ghana.
