BACKGROUND
CSD Reform – LBG is a registered company Limited by Guarantee (LBG) in Tamale and licensed by the National NPO Secretariat. CSD Reform – LBG is working towards a vision of “A Ghanaian society where the civic rights and
economic wellbeing of the excluded is protected”. CSD Reform – LBG seeks to strengthen its program management team and is therefore soliciting for qualified candidates for the position of Head of Programs (HoP)JOB LOCATION: Tamale
REPORTING TO: The Executive Director of CSD Reform – LBG.

DUTIES, ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Shall be responsible for the day-to-day operations and management of all programs and projects being
undertaken by CSD Reform – LBG.
2. Supervise and receive reports from all the program and project officers.
3. Generate regular reports on programs and projects and submit same to the Executive Director.
4. Shall coordinate the preparation of draft annual report for CSD Reform – LBG.
5. Develop proposals and concept notes for sourcing funding for programs and projects.
6. Shall regularly monitor and evaluate all programs and projects.
7. Ensure that all grant conditionalities of each program or project are adhered to.
8. Prepare and submit such reports as may be requested by the Executive Director.
9. Liaise with the Finance Officer in the preparation of program and project budgets and financial reports
required for any purpose.
10. Participate in any interview recruiting program and project officers.
11. Any other duty that may be assigned.

QUALIFICATION:
• The prospective candidate must hold a minimum of a First Degree in Social Science from a recognized
University. Candidates with Master’s Degree in Social Science will be an added advantage.
• Excellent reporting and analytical skills
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
• Ability to work in a versatile team.
