VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT
JOB TITLE: Project Driver

BACKGROUND
CSD Reform is a non-governmental organization with a vision of “A Ghanaian society where the civic rights and economic well being of the excluded is protected”. CSD Reform is the implementer of a Trauma Healing & Psychosocial Support for Fulbe Communities in three (3) districts of the Eastern Corridor of Northern Ghana (Gushegu, Karaga and Yendi) with support from LRI. CSD Reform is seeking to provide direct trauma healing and VE awareness/sensitization education to Fulbe communities and non-Fulbe communities and open spaces for dialogue with local level authorities as a contribution to promoting social cohesion and building community resilience in the project districts.

JOB LOCATION: Gushegu, Karaga and Yendi
JOB TITLE: Project Driver
REPORTING TO: Finance and Administrative Officer
START: The contract commences 01.02.2023 DURATION: Six (6) months, subject to renewal.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To drive in professional capacity and competence any vehicle of CSD Reform assigned for the performance of CSD Reform’s work or duties
  •  To be responsible for the care and maintenance of any vehicle assigned to him/her
  • Report any abnormality, damage, loss or theft of any vehicle or its parts to Management within 24 hours
  • To drive any vehicle or any staff to any destination for the performance of CSD Reforms work or duties as directed by the Finance and Administrative Officer.
  • To provide general operational support services to staff during field assignments and workshops
  • To perform or execute any further duties related to the driver’s profession as directed by Finance and Administrative Officer.

QUALIFICATION:

  • Must hold a minimum of Class B Driver’s License
  • A minimum of SSSCE/WASSCE Certificate
  • A minimum of three (3) years driving experience
