CSD Reform will use ICTs as a cross-cutting intervention to accelerate rural development through improved access to social services in the areas of market access, quality healthcare delivery and quality education delivery in underserved communities of Northern Ghana. CSD Reform will partner State institutions to facilitate their acceptance and use of technology that makes service delivery both effective and efficient to the service provider and the end-user. The ICT4D initiatives of CSD Reform are targeted at ensuring that Ghana leapfrogs in its efforts at; eliminating illiteracy, improve management of education information and reduce mortality as a result of lack of health information and weak access to health service by poor and vulnerable people.
