Women Economic Empowerment (WEE) is a strategic approach of CSD Reform to bridging the gender inequality gap in Northern Ghana. CSD Reform does this through improving women access to economic resources such as land for productive purposes. It is our belief that Gender Equality and Social Inclusion can be achieved through the Economic Empowerment of Women. Our entry point to WEE would be ensuring land tenure security for women to enable them become active players in the agro industry.
