The Gender Equality and Social Inclusion (GESI) is CSD Reform’s contribution to narrowing the gender inequality gap that exists in traditional communities of Northern, Upper East and Upper West Regions of Ghana. Our GESI approach is geared towards promoting equality through awareness creation, adoption of the GESI model families in communities and promoting the participation of women in policy making, policy implementation and policy monitoring at the local level. The GESI work of CSD Reform will feed into the Sustainable Development Goals 5 and 10 which focuses on Gender Equality and Reduced Inequality respectively.
